AdMachines is growing and we are looking for an outgoing account manager who can help our awesome lead generation business launch and manage marketing campaigns for our clients. This includes digital advertising, communication with clients, website maintenance, social media marketing, landing pages and more!

The perfect person for AdMachines is someone who has a passion for marketing and advertising along with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team. Our ideal marketing team member will see many projects through from start to finish with the help of our existing team and will be responsible for managing client relationships.

The job of the Account manager is to maintain a healthy relationship with AdMachines clients both through communication & business related matters. Communication includes multiple communications through the month via e-mail, phone calls and zoom meetings.

The business related areas the account manager will be responsible for are the budget and lead quality of each of their accounts. Delivering exceptional customer service and lead generation performance to our clients is the number one priority of the Account Managers at AdMachines.

Here at AdMachines you’ll enjoy a fast paced work environment and on a day-to-day you’ll handle the following core tasks:

  • Budget Management: Maintaining Proper Pacing Across Proper Platforms Client Is Advertising Through. Documenting Any Budget Alterations Via Email.
  • Client Retention/Communication: Maintain Healthy Business Relationship With Existing Admachines Clients Through Monthly Account Reviews and Weekly Check-in Calls, Delivering Client Expectations And Needs.
  • Google Ads / Facebook Ads / Microsoft Platform: Monitor account performance. Run account maintenance, identify low performing keywords and adjust bid rates. Update budgets. Build new ads. Split test ads. Deliver Better Results To Clients.

In addition you'll work in these account management areas:

  • Manager Google My Business: Update promotions, work hours, post new content and more on our clients GMB profiles.
  • Perform Wordpress Website Maintenance: Optimize content, adjust website pages, update information and keep our clients’ websites running smoothly.
  • New Client Onboardings: Participate in new client onboarding calls, take notes, build new client systems and have a direct impact on their success.
  • Website Projects: In a team setting, you’ll be responsible for your part of the website project. From installing Google analytics to publishing content or posting blog posts you’ll see your hard work pay off for our clients.
  • Build Landing Pages: Using our very own in-house landing page technology you’ll build landing pages that convert clicks to revenue for our clients.
  • Social Media Management: Create content and distribute it on social media including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Review Management: Stay on top of client reviews and watch those 5-stars come through. Help our clients build powerful brands and relationships with their customers.
  • Local SEO: Learn the ins and outs of Local SEO. See what it takes to get to the first page of Google.
  • Client Interaction: Interface with clients and communicate with them showing off the work you did for them.

You will be a core member of our account management team and will be fully supported through ongoing training - both internally and externally. You’ll become Google Ads certified and a master of all things digital marketing. You’ll learn how to generate leads and you’ll have a direct impact on the growth of our clients.

The type of person who will succeed in this role will have at least three of these traits:

  • Outgoing personality, but you enjoy long stretches of focused work to get tasks done.
  • When you want or need to learn something new, you like to try things on your own. You tend to read articles, watch videos and attend trainings to figure it out.
  • You can learn new software programs on the fly. At AdMachines you’ll be exposed to the Google Ads interface, Google ads editor, the Microsoft network advertising interface, Facebook’s business manager, SEM tools, SEO tools, call tracking, and more.
  • You are tech competent and can probably build a website yourself.
  • You are a strong communicator and have strong writing skills.
  • You have an eye for detail and can manage your time wisely.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
